Using FOCUSER

• You must be at least 16 years old
• Keep your account details confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access
• You are responsible for content you add to the service
• Do not break the law or the Acceptable Use Policy

Trial and availability

• Trials are free and time limited. We may change or end a trial at any time
• The service may change as we improve it. We try to avoid downtime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access

Intellectual property

• We own the FOCUSER platform and brand. You own your content
• You grant us a licence to process and display your content only to provide the service

Feedback

If you choose to give feedback, you grant us a royalty free, worldwide, transferable licence to use it for product improvement.

Third party services

If you connect to third party services their terms and privacy policies apply.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end the service if you breach these Terms or for security reasons. We will try to give notice where reasonable.

Disclaimers and limits

• FOCUSER is provided “as is” during trial
• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties
• Our total liability in relation to the service during any free trial is limited to £100
• Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that cannot be limited by law

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
